Prices are in Kenya shillings, for each asset each month. A second tracker on the same asset, as a backup, costs nothing extra.
Who it is for
Fleet is for the owner of a fleet of five or more cars, vans or trucks, whose biggest costs are no longer the trackers but fuel, drivers and repairs. At that size, a litre lost per truck a day, a driver who brakes hard, or a tyre that wears out early is real money.
If you have a handful of vehicles and do not buy that much fuel, Track is the right plan. Fleet is for when you start asking: where does the fuel go, who is driving safely, and when is each truck due for service?

Fuel
Fuel is usually the largest running cost of a truck. This part records fuel against each truck, so you can see how much each truck uses, and where fuel goes that you cannot explain.
Drivers and safety
A truck is only as safe as the person at the wheel. This part ties trips to drivers, so you can see who drives well and who does not, and spot the habits that cause accidents and wear.
Maintenance and tyres
A truck that is serviced when due breaks down less, and tyres are a major cost that a register helps you control. This part keeps track of what is due, so that service is planned and not a surprise.
Still being built
Fuel, drivers and safety, and maintenance and tyres are still being built. The parts of Track that Fleet includes, such as the live map and history, work today. Ask us what is ready when you sign up.
How it works day to day
Day to day, Fleet starts from the same map and alerts as Track. What changes is what you do with the numbers. Each week you look at fuel by truck and see which truck is out of line. You look at the drivers and see who has the most harsh braking. You open maintenance and see which trucks are due for service or for new tyres this month.
The point is to turn the data into decisions: move the better driver to the longer route, send the truck that is due for service before it breaks on the road, and ask about the fuel that does not add up.
Alerts reach you in the app without a limit, and by email. Your SMS alerts are one pool of 250 a month for the whole account, shared by all your trucks.
An example
Picture a haulier with twelve trucks
Imagine a haulier with twelve trucks carrying goods between towns. Twelve assets. At KES 1,500 each the plan costs KES 18,000 a month, with one pool of 250 SMS alerts for the whole account.
Every Monday the owner opens the fuel view and sees that one truck uses noticeably more fuel than the others on the same route. He looks at that driver, sees repeated harsh braking and long idling, and speaks to him. He checks maintenance and sees two trucks due for service this week, and books them for the quiet days. Over a few months, the fuel line in his accounts stops being a surprise.
What it costs
Fleet costs KES 1,500 per asset a month. A second tracker on the same asset costs nothing extra. The plan includes one pool of 250 SMS alerts a month for the whole account, and unused SMS do not carry over. Alerts in the app and by email have no limit.
Hardware is separate. Keep the tracker you already have and it costs nothing here. Fuel probes, if you want them, are separate hardware that you can ask us about.
When to move up or down
Moving up
Move to Business at KES 2,500 per asset a month when you invoice customers for your trips and want trips and proof of delivery, trip profit, and invoices and money owed. If you need links to your accounting systems, single sign-on or service levels in writing, ask for a custom plan.
Moving down
If you have fewer than five trucks, or you do not need fuel, drivers and repairs yet, Track at KES 600 per asset a month holds the map, history and reports. Moving down turns off the parts the smaller plan does not hold, but does not delete them.
Add-ons that suit it
These add-ons suit Fleet best.
- A segment pack for your kind of haulage, such as proof of haul or temperature, costs between KES 200 and KES 500 per asset a month.
- Fleet includes 250 SMS alerts a month for the whole account. A large fleet with many alerts may want more.
- Managed data: we keep each tracker's SIM in data for you, so a truck on a long route does not go quiet because it ran out.
- Longer history, to look back further than the plan allows, for one truck or all.
