For hauliers
Trucks and haulage
Follow every trip, and see what each one earned and what it cost, fuel included.
Free for 3 trackers
Long roads, many trips
From the yard to the border, one map for every truck.
Mombasa to Nairobi
About 480 km each way, so a return trip is a long day or two.
Mombasa to Kampala
About 1,170 km each way, and a return trip of about two weeks.
A few trucks or many
Start with one truck. The same app follows twelve, or a yard full.
A day with it
A trip, from the yard to the invoice
The map works today. The money side of each trip is still being built.
Morning
You open the map and see which trucks left and which are still in the yard.
On the road
A customer rings to ask where the goods are. You send a share link, and the customer watches the truck.
A long stop
A truck stops somewhere that is not on the route. Stops are listed with where and for how long, so you ask the driver the right question.
Arrival
The truck reaches the customer. On the Business plan, the trip, the proof of delivery and the invoice are meant to follow from it.
End of the trip
You see what the trip earned, what it cost in fuel and the rest, and what was left. This is the part still being built.

A very small haulier can start on Lite, the cheapest paid plan, for the live map and parked alerts.
Prices are in Kenya shillings, for each asset each month. A second tracker on the same asset, as a backup, costs nothing extra.
Fuel is where the money goes
One 20-truck fleet's manager told a newspaper that drivers claimed 420 litres for a Nairobi trip that needs 360, a gap of 17%. That is one fleet and one claim, so we do not treat it as a promise.
To see what tracking could save in fuel on your own trucks, with Kenyan distances and pump prices and every number's source, use the calculator. It gives an estimate, never a promise.

Still being built
What is not ready yet
The live map, history and sharing work today. The parts that count money are not ready, and we say so.
- Fuel, drivers and safety, and maintenance and tyres, on Fleet, are still being built.
- Trips and proof of delivery, trip profit, invoices and money owed, and trip advances, on Business, are still being built.
- Reports and the cash book, on Track, are still being built.
Questions
- Does it show the profit of each trip today?
- Not yet. Trip profit is on the Business plan and is still being built. The live map, history and stops work today.
- Can it show where my fuel goes?
- Fuel records are on the Fleet plan and are still being built. Fuel probes are separate hardware that you can ask us about. For an estimate now, use the fuel calculator.
- Do I have to change the trackers on my trucks?
- No. Most common makes work. Check yours first. A second tracker on the same truck, as a backup, costs nothing extra.
- Is it free for a haulier?
- No. Free is for personal use, and trackers used for a business are on a paid plan. You can start free with your own car to see how the app looks.
