A business with cars and vans
A bakery's delivery vans, a cleaner's team car, a shop's pickup. You see that they left the yard, where they are, and that they came back.
Cars you hire out
A car is out with someone else. You see where it is, and you see it come back to you.
A day with it
Out in the morning, home at night
One map replaces the phone calls.
Morning
You open the map and see that the vans left the yard. You do not phone each driver.
Out on a job
A customer asks where your team is. You send a share link, and the customer watches the van arrive.
A hired car
The car is with a renter. You mark the area it should stay in as a place, and you are told when the car leaves it or comes back.
Evening
The vehicles come back to the yard. You see each one arrive, and the map shows what is still out.
Night
Everything is parked. If one moves in the night, you get an alert in the app and by email.
End of the month
Open the history of one van and replay a day. A long stop at a place that is not a customer is easy to see.

Lite
KES 250 per asset a month
Where each car or van is now, and a warning when one moves while parked. Four assets cost KES 1,000 a month.

Adds the past: history and replay, stops, a link to share the map with a customer, and device health. The plan most people start on. Six assets cost KES 3,600 a month.

A segment pack for hire work costs between KES 200 and KES 500 per asset a month on top of any plan. It is still being built, see below.
Prices are in Kenya shillings, for each asset each month. A second tracker on the same asset, as a backup, costs nothing extra.

What is not ready yet
The live map, history and share links work today. These parts are not ready.
- The hire pack: bookings, billing from the kilometres driven, area limits, a log of the renter's ID and stopping a parked car. None of it is ready.
- Stopping the engine when a car is parked, on Lite, is still being built.
- Reports and the cash book, on Track, are still being built.
- Fuel, drivers and safety, and maintenance and tyres, on Fleet, are still being built.
Questions
- Can I use the free plan for my business vans?
- No. Free is for personal use. Trackers used for a business are on a paid plan. Lite is the cheapest, at KES 250 per asset a month.
- Which plan should I start on?
- Track suits most small businesses, because it adds history and a link you can share. If you only need the map and a parked alert, Lite is enough. You can change plan later.
- Can I do bookings and billing for hire cars?
- Not yet. A hire pack for that is still being built. Today you see where each car is and when it comes back. Ask us what is ready.
- Does it work with the trackers already in my cars?
- Most common makes work. Check yours before you sign up. A second tracker on the same car, as a backup, costs nothing extra.
